The Lagoon.

My wife and I decided to have a fresh fish lunch and decided to try their special lunch box - offering a rich selection of fish and flavors, and the best stew soup I&rsquo;ve ever had. The service is very attentive, the dining atmosphere is very good, and you can even book your own small private room for special needs or business meetings. The restaurant is good value for money, the wine is more expensive, but all restaurants in Colombo are like this.

Stayed here on the last day in Sri Lanka, the room was average, but the hotel was OK, the service awareness was good, only 2 days to Sri Lanka for 7 days was not a Cinnamon series hotel, compared to the other two Cinnamon hotels, yala also has cinnamon lodge

Old restaurant is good to keep the quality of food, drinks and atmosphere. Staff is attentive and friendly! Good for date nights, even family or friends gathering! Food is good but not up to my expectations. Last time was better, especially steak. But my wife and my mother food was very fresh and delicious. Loved the atmosphere and desserts here. Looking forward to coming again.

I had only come across this &quot;Cheers&quot; Pub based at the Cinnamon Grand by accident after having Goggled Roast Beef in Colombo I had Sunday Bunch there today with my family and was greeted by Manager Medura P Weerasekara very politely in a no smoking area which was some distance from where the The Carvery Brunch that&#39;s Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding was being served The Roast Beef was possibly the best I have eaten in Colombo The roast beef as already indicated was excellent and was served either underdone red or medium done with a trimming of fat, one also had a choice of pork,chicken and of course vegetables a great Sunday Brunch My only negative observation about the restaurant was the smoking area, (nothing wrong with that) but this area should not have been placed close to the where the food was being served. I was a smoker many years ago and coming into contact with stale smoke particularly near food is really off putting Management at Cheers Pub please take not of my comments,as its not right for people for example with small children and people with difficulty walking abilities to walk long distances from were the food is being served Most Pubs the UK ban smoking or have area far away from the food I strongly suspect the thought about positioning the smoking area where it is is because of the large TV screen entertainment

The restaurant on the basement floor of the hotel is very good. The service is specially prepared for Chinese dishes. The taste is very good. The cocktail is also very good. Five friends who come here are unanimously praised.

The&nbsp;Lagoon主打的是海鲜。午饭截止时间是下午两点半。我们点选了最后两只最大的螃蟹，一条鱼（好像是龙趸），一份炒饭一份炒河粉，还有一份龙虾&nbsp;分两半&nbsp;一半微辣，一半不辣。事后我们认为，好的海鲜，只需要白灼或清蒸，是最鲜甜好吃的~泰式炒河粉与我在bedspace&nbsp;kitchen的不太一样，我更喜欢bedspace&nbsp;kitchen的~相比起，它没那么弹口，粉也较软。两只大螃蟹呀，我们后悔用了白咖喱。并非味道不好，只因我们认为白灼清蒸会更鲜美~

The Lagoon focuses on seafood. The lunch deadline is 2:30 pm. We chose the last two largest crabs, a fish (like a dragonfly), a fried rice, a fried pho, and a lobster.
